Searching for summer at Etsy

Etsy is a page I have grown to love, but if you don't know what you're looking for it can be a bit overwhelming. Whenever I have some spare time (or not) I find myself "window shopping" on the internet for everything that has something to do with summer (..I'm in serious need of some sun and warm weather..!). I just log on to Etsy and search for "beach", "sunglasses", kimono" or whatever, and let the inspiration hit me. Well, I guess I could say that for a number of pages, but lately I've spent quite a lot of (too much) time at Etsy, so I had to make a random post with some of the things on my love-list right now. Juice it!

Yesterday I had the best morning in a while. It started with me taking a hike with a friend, and then I made a delicious green juice when I got back. The last few days I haven't been feeling particularly good, and I feel like I've slept the days away. To have no energy really don't suit me, especially when I have tons of things to do regarding my master.

Lets hope the green juice gave me not only vitamins but also tons of energy!

I had two apples, half a broccoli, some celery and some spinach (although there was close to no juice coming out when I put in the spinach, so I think its more suitable for smoothies etc). 

Mmm, a perfect way to start the day!

Happy wednesday!

Master

Last week I attended some lectures in Oslo regarding the master thesis and I also had my very first meeting with my advisor. It's a bit complicated to live in Bergen and study at UiO, but I'm sure it'll be alright, my advisor was super nice so I am really excited! On friday I went to the library and got four books that hopefully will help me decide exactly what to write about, so that's what I'm doing this week - reading the books and trying different angles!

Home office in the kitchen - I like this much better than the sad "office/guestroom/storage-room" we have in the apartment. .It's more open and light in here, but I think I'm going to find another place to write, so that I can have "workdays" and not just sit at home every day and night. 

Good luck to me, this is going to be 3,5 really tough months!

By the way, I got my shirt on sale for 50 kr at VeroModa, what a catch! 

It's been a while..

..since my last post. I worked almost every night this christmas, so the days just drifted away. When Christmas eve came I finally got a few days off and got to relax (well, at least spend time) with my family. Here's a little picture summary of what I've been up to!

I made egg liqueur/eggnog-ish :)

Had a wonderful night with half of the girls - hopefully everyone can make it next year!

We played Blackbox, Bezzerwizzer and exchanged secret santa gifts :)

Christmas Eve was perfect! This year my grandmother and grandfather spent the evening at our house, only four years until next time ;) 

After working 01.30-10.30 the days (nights) before, I was SO tired after dinner - coffee was a must!

I got a new wallet, sooo different from the one I had! It was definitely about time, I don't know how many years I've had the one from mango. 

Christmas day brekkie! This is the best thing ever! Hot chocolate with cream, pinnekjøtt-leftovers, pretty much all the things you can wish for!

And then the day after we woke up to this! 

My mom and I decided to make the most of it and went skiing in our neighborhood for the first time in I don't know how many years!

And then we made a couple of snowmen. 

So much fun! Back to the childhood :)

Before New Years Eve I travelled to Lillehammer to visit my boyfriend and his family :)

His little sister got a selfie stick for Christmas + she's got Iphone 6 - I found out that I NEEEED those two! haha
