Yesterday I had the best morning in a while. It started with me taking a hike with a friend, and then I made a delicious green juice when I got back. The last few days I haven't been feeling particularly good, and I feel like I've slept the days away. To have no energy really don't suit me, especially when I have tons of things to do regarding my master.
Lets hope the green juice gave me not only vitamins but also tons of energy!
I had two apples, half a broccoli, some celery and some spinach (although there was close to no juice coming out when I put in the spinach, so I think its more suitable for smoothies etc).
Mmm, a perfect way to start the day!
